Mukwonago Baptist Academy:
A ministry of Mukwonago Baptist Church Our Lasting Commitment
In the spring of 1998, Pastor Roberts along with the families of Mukwonago Baptist Church recognized an interest in and need for a Christian academy. That Fall the academy opened with nine students and one teacher, marking the beginning of a commitment to helping families raise godly children. Over the years the academy has continued to grow numerically, academically, and spiritually. In 2005-2006 a building program was begun to accommodate the growing number of students and faculty as well as to provide better facilities that would enhance the education of each student. Since its very beginning, Mukwonago Baptist Academy has been committed to training young people to serve God, and by His grace that commitment continues today.

Mukwonago Baptist Academy is designed to encourage Christian young people to become true disciples of Christ and to prepare them for full-time service for Him. It is a place for young people whose parents desire them to be enrolled in an institution that reinforces the biblical beliefs and practices of both their church and their home. Our primary purpose, however, is to maintain a consistency between church, school, home, and the Bible: a necessity if young people are going to gladly give their lives to Christ! As a Christian school we have focused our goals, purposes, and programs to train young people to glorify God with and gladly serve Christ in every area of their lives. This must likewise be the goal of parents—for both themselves and their children.
Mukwonago Baptist Academy stands for education from a Christian philosophical vantage point. We teach our students that God is the ultimate source of truth and, as a result, our teachers emphasize a biblical approach to subject matter and use only Christian Curricula. In addition to our academic emphases, we believe that all students should have a musical foundation in their lives, and therefore require piano lessons for all students grade three and above. Students at Mukwonago Baptist Academy also attend weekly chapel services and daily Bible classes where Bible memory is an important component. They engage in private personal devotions and maintain a consistent church notebook to help them reflect upon what God is doing in their lives on a daily and weekly basis.
Our Academic Excellence
In striving to please the Lord in everything we do, Mukwonago Baptist Academy seeks to provide an academic program that is excellent and outstanding. Each year, our school is involved in the Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools Academic and Fine Arts Meet where our students compete in numerous academic subjects as well as in music and Bible competitions. Each year our students place first in state in a variety of categories. Additionally, we often send those state winners to the AACS National Competition at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. Each student taking piano lessons joins the National Piano Guild and performs before professional judges who offer valuable advice and encouragement. Our teachers also provide opportunities for academic excellence through different reports, projects.
